Shimmering Champagne Jello Shots (gluten-free)✨
Sparkling jello shots are a fun and EASY way to get the party going... and, because you can make them ahead of time, you'll get to enjoy your own party!👏
These shimmering shots can be made with champagne, prosecco, or your favorite sparkling wine.
Wondering what to do with leftover champagne? Me either! But these are totally worth popping a fresh bottle for!
CHAMPAGNE JELLO SHOTS (dairy-free, gluten-free)
INGREDIENTS:
4 T fresh lemon juice, cold
8 oz simple syrup, cold
4 packets gelatin
16 oz sparkling wine
8 oz vodka
Edible gold leaf for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Spray an 8x8 inch pan lightly with cooking spray. Blot away excess with a paper towel. Set aside.
In a saucepan, add the simple syrup and lemon juice.
Sprinkle in the gelatin packets and let them bloom for ~2 minutes.
Heat the mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chilled champagne and the vodka.
Pour into the prepared pan and place in the refrigerator to chill until fully set.
Flip the Sparkle Shots onto a parchment paper-lined cutting board, sprinkle with edible gold and cut into small squares.
