Creamy, Spicy Jalapeno-Tahini Sauce (Gluten-free, soy-free, grain-free, dairy-free)

I have found my new favorite "decadent but not naughty" sauce!! This CREAMY, SPICY JALAPENO-TAHINI SAUCE NOODLES grips your pasta twirl with a rich, slurpable blanket of yumminess that happens to be dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free and nut-free ... just don't get any in your eye!

Creamy, spicy, saucy... oh, and EASY because it uses only 6 simple ingredients!

It'll take you longer to cook your pasta than to make this sauce... I mean, unless you are using pre-cooked noodles. I used sweet potato noodles to keep this dish grain-free and tossed them with the sauce and some sauteed broccoli, straw mushrooms, sliced jalapenos, and green onions.

Feeling daring and want to kick things up a notch? This sauce easily takes on other chili peppers... bring on the serranos... the haberos... the ghost peppers!

*Disclaimer: I do not in any way accept responsibility for the outcome of your chili pepper experimentations... even if it's just something as simple as rubbing your eyes after chopping the chili (I will never learn 😂)... wear gloves and proceed at your own risk!

Just look at how the thick sauce clings to those noodles! Hard to believe this is dairy and grain-free!

Remember to bookmark this recipe! You are going to want to keep it handy for all sorts of dishes! Here, I paired the noodles with Hot-Honey Chicken Breasts. Talk about a flavor explosion!
