No-Bake Keto Burger Buns (Gluten-free, soy-free, grain-free, KETO)

Even though I am not a big bread eater, sometimes a girl needs to be able to pick up a REAL sandwich on a bun (not a lettuce bun 🤣) and shove that messy goodness into her hungry face! In this case, a girl also reallllly dislikes baking and avoids grains so these no-bake, grain-free Keto buns really come in handy!
Five or 6 basic ingredients plus 90 seconds in the microwave and you have a soft, chewy, low-carb bun! The size of the bun will be determined by the size of the cup or bowl that you cook it in. I used a 4 inch ramekin here and cut the slightly cooled bun in half for a top and bottom portion.
This recipe is for a standard flavor bun but there are so many things you can do with the base! Turn it Mediterranean with a bit of oregano. Go warm and comforting with a bit of cumin and cinnamon. Or get wild and make a dessert sandwich by adding in a few chocolate chips!

No-Bake Keto Burger Buns (Gluten-free, soy-free, grain-free, KETO)
INGREDIENTS (makes 1 bun in a 4 inch ramekin):
3 T Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 T avocado oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a small, greased, microwave-safe bowl/ramekin and fork-stir or whisk to thoroughly combine.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Let cool for just a bit so you can handle it.
Flip the bun out of the ramekin and slice in half.
