"UV Therapy" Florida-style
Back in college, a dr. diagnosed the first part of my autoimmune disease. He recommended UV therapy for my skin. Since there isn't much sunlight in Duluth, MN during the winter, I literally had a prescription to go to tanning booths 5 days a week...BORING! I much prefer my 'therapy' sessions this way!! 20 years in FL and no regrets. ;) Now, if only that dr. had been able to diagnose my INTERNAL autoimmune issues way back then... lol
